Research interest:
1. Study of optoelectronic and spin polarization properties of dilute magnetic semiconductor (DMS) using the Cathodoluminescence (CL), Scanning Tunneling Spectroscopy (STS) and spin polarized-STM techniques.
2. Synthesis of semiconductor nanowires doped with magnetic impurities by Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD) to applications in Spintronics.
3. Study of luminescence and electrical properties of hydroxyapatite nanostructures to applications in bone regeneration treatments.
