Su investigaci\u00f3n se centra principalmente en materiales multiferro\u00edcos, donde trabaja en la optimizaci\u00f3n de sus propiedades para aplicaciones en dispositivos mediante el dise\u00f1o de heteroestructuras multiferroicas innovadoras. Adem\u00e1s, el Dr. Subhash explora activamente nanomateriales para aplicaciones fotocatal\u00edticas y producci\u00f3n de hidr\u00f3geno, as\u00ed como el desarrollo de ferroel\u00e9ctricos tipo relaxor para soluciones de almacenamiento de alta densidad de energ\u00eda. Su laboratorio tambi\u00e9n investiga superconductores y sus propiedades f\u00edsicas, ampliando as\u00ed el alcance de su l\u00ednea de investigaci\u00f3n.<\/h6>\n<h6>Complementando su trabajo experimental, el Dr. Subhash es experto en la simulaci\u00f3n de dispositivos fotovoltaicos mediante c\u00e1lculos SCAPS para mejorar su eficiencia. Tambi\u00e9n domina t\u00e9cnicas de fabricaci\u00f3n de pel\u00edculas delgadas y heteroestructuras, en particular mediante sputtering por magnetr\u00f3n RF y deposici\u00f3n por l\u00e1ser pulsado (PLD). Sus investigaciones te\u00f3ricas se apoyan en c\u00e1lculos avanzados de teor\u00eda del funcional de la densidad (DFT) utilizando VASP, lo que le permite comprender las propiedades f\u00edsicas de diversos materiales.<\/h6>\n<h6>La s\u00f3lida formaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica del Dr. Subhash, que incluye una licenciatura (B.Sc.), maestr\u00eda (M.Sc., M.Tech.) y un doctorado (Ph.D.) en F\u00edsica y Ciencia de Materiales en 2016, le ha proporcionado un amplio conjunto de habilidades en caracterizaci\u00f3n de materiales. Tras completar su doctorado en JIIT, Noida, India, en 2016, se incorpor\u00f3 al Programa NPDF como investigador postdoctoral en ISC, BHU, India. Posteriormente, obtuvo una beca postdoctoral del Programa UNAM-DGAPA en el CNyN-UNAM y, en diciembre de 2018, se uni\u00f3 al Programa C\u00e1tedras en el mismo centro. El Dr. Subhash destaca en el an\u00e1lisis de estructuras cristalinas mediante el refinamiento de Rietveld y domina modernas t\u00e9cnicas microsc\u00f3picas y espectrosc\u00f3picas, incluyendo SEM, AFM, TEM, espectroscop\u00eda Raman, UV-Vis, FTIR, espectroscop\u00eda de impedancia y mediciones ferroel\u00e9ctricas.<\/h6>\n<h6>Su excelencia se refleja en su extenso historial de publicaciones en revistas de alto prestigio, con m\u00e1s de 75 art\u00edculos publicados.
